Do you have a lot of repeat questions from your customers? Getting the same questions over and over again should tell you something. You need to ask yourself why your customers ask these questions so often in the first place.

Maybe all those customers are doing something wrong, but that’s probably not it. More likely: your product just has a serious shortcoming. But don’t panic! It’s probably just a tiny thing that can be corrected in the next version or by adding another line to your ‘how to’ page.

Repeating the answers to these questions is just a temporary solution. In the end, you need to simply fix the problem. The solution is not just putting the issue in your FAQ – this can be seen as a capitulation. It is better to try a bit harder so that the questions do not come up in the first place.
